I am thrilled that you are here!

First, I am Lindsay Dagiantis (duh-JOHN-tis). I'm currently located in Chicago, and support clients and teams globally.
I founded blueprintHR.co because early in my career, as a burgeoning executive, I was gifted a mentor who supported me and my career, but also knew I needed scaffolding, support, and guidance of what now we would call, a Fractional HR Leader.

Fast forward to today - I bring 15+ years experience working in startups, fast growing companies in the marketing, technology and professional services industries primarily across the HR umbrella: from recruiting, talent management, people ops, to strategic leadership.
During these experiences, I have worked and lead teams, while also continuing to be hands-on in helping build best practices, scale operations of the people team, and lead the HR strategy as part of the C-Suite.

My goal with blueprintHR.co is to bring expertise, partnership, and flexibility to your HR needs, by delivering meaningful blueprints and knowledge for getting your People Team function focused, and ready for scaling and growing the organization.
